Tech Help In Bittorrrent clients, port has to be changed constantly

Here's an interesting one: Recently, on my network, I've had to constantly change the port my Bittorrent client uses to connect to Trackers. Once that happens, everything runs smoothly but eventually I lose connection and DHT nodes resets to 0. I usually have at least 10.

Comcast, but the only way to fix it is by changing the port in the settings of my client. I think it's at the router level.
