Unable to join server

Hey,

I just recently started playing DoD for the first time in dod_donner map with your server. But lately, I haven't been able to join at all. It never loads, then I get a message that says "Disconnected, Connection failed after 4 retries".

How can I fix this so I can join again?

For additional info, someone else in my house with the same LAN joins that same server and hasn't had a problem...
