Keyboard vs controller?

So I was playing today and didn't really like the way the controls worked. Didn't realize I could just plug my Xbox controller in to my usb on my PC and use it. Gotta say I love it, its just like playing it on my xbox. Just wondering other peoples opinions.

The trade off being you lose the percision aiming of the mouse, for ease of character and vehicle movement.

Good news is that you can readily switch between a keyboard and controller. For fighting, go with keyboard and mouse. For flying and driving, you can switch back to the controller.

That's what I do it's very nice you don't even need to switch the options or anything.

K/M but flying is awful with a keyboard. If I could figure out a way to make it fly like War Thunder, I would be ever so happy!

I like the keyboard controls for GTA V. Need to get used to it but I can't play that good with a controller.

I like my Mouse/keyboard setup. For better flying, I just programmed by g700s for certain controls and i do pretty well.

The transition over to keyboard for flying was tricky, but I get it now and it's relatively easy.
But I will plug in a Xbox controller every now and then

Keyboard and Mouse, haven't started flying yet. might start using a controler for that.

I have a wired 360 controller for when I'm driving/flying.
The rest of the time I'm using the keyboard and mouse.

I pretty much use my controller for all. I have played this game too long on the xbox to get used to anything else lol.
