umm cartoons = kids stuff...normally 20 minutes long no major plot development over each episode, comedic value of entertainment
umm anime = sometimes more mature themes and/or have a plot over each episodes... granted not all of them. It is its own genre and artform. Trust me, you would not have the vast audience it has if it was your run of the mill Tom& Jerry, Looney toon, or popeyes lay out.
To each there own but no need to come in and bash it and call us unpatriotic. K bai. Also its been 24 hours soo umm thread closed.
