hey i need a place where i can upload .sfw files for avatars and sigs but it cant resize it...i have tried morbids ones but they either just put it on the web and you can only download it or it resized it...any help?

You could create an account with a free web host provider and upload them to your "site". Most free sites put a file size cap on things being uploaded but a short swf file should be ok.
