PaintBall VS. Airsoft.

[Legion[INACTIVE]]

Which do you think is better?

[masterofpuppets]

I played tourny paintball for 5 years, I was a paintball ref for 3 years, and I've played organized airsoft for around 2 years now. That being said - you can't compare them, paintball and airsoft are 2 totally different games.

However, going on the group of people that play both - I do like airsoft more. I always detested the tourny paintball community as a whole. However the airsoft group I skirmish with, Lonestar Airsoft, are a great group of people. The LSA guys are to airsoft what eGO is to DoD - a mature group of men and women who just enjoy the game and want to play it in a mature way.

PAINTBALL ALL THE WAY!!!!!

[Sergeant Stoff]

Paintball is kind of a more team sport. I mainly use my 1911 colt airsoft gun to shoot buddies with it leaves a nice welt

[BREAK_EM_OUT_JONES]

I personally like airsoft better. Its less expensive and the guns look more realistic. pllus you can always buy the paint filled airsoft bb's!

[DyeMatrix]

[blackhawksniper]

Paintball

I like to play airsoft when I dont have the money to paintball.
Im also going to start my job ( hopefully) of a paintball ref in a week or two. Sure paintball us expensive, but our team got sponsored and we get a HUGE discount on milsim products. ( if u want our sponsors website, pm me, I dont want to advertise publicly because thats not why I joined eGo) We play woodsball with HONOR, something many speedball players forget ;p I

Yeah but once you put a hopper and a Co2 tank on them it looks like a paintball gun...

[Rogue Sniper]

paintball: leaves mark, teams, cant play anywhere, cool simulations of WW2 can be done, seen some nice guns.
airsoft: fun, cheap, cool guns, realistic guns, can play anywhere except a school (ask me later)

both have pros and cons it just depends on who you are

i like airsoft for it being cheaper but i'd like to try paintball

[S7R1K3R]

airsoft, but a police tackled me down, but said he was sorry for not noticing the orange circle at the end of the gun
