I constant try to get as many as possible, both to show off my dedication to the community and that I have humiliated Leadership members in the best ways possible.

We all need goals in life to keep us motivated. Achievements, awards, prizes, etc help us stay forced on those goals. I, personally, don't go looking for awards. I just enjoy being in this community. The fact is though that these types of things really help the community grow and are very important. I am glad we have them around!

They add a fun twist to doing things around eGO. Like domming or tazing leadership

I like them... liked them better before the TF2 one's changed, but that's another matter.

I don't go out to try and get them, but enjoy being recognized by leadership for trying to improve the community.

I definitely work for them, but never mention or ask for them as that's the wrong way to go about things

I do feel that the achievements are a great way to show off someone's dedication to the community. Look at one guy who has a one year veteran award and that's it... he might not be into the clan that much. Look at a guy who has one-five year medals, dedicated supporter, recruiter, and a few of their respective divisions' achievements and you instantly know they play/have played a lot and dedicated their valuable time to help their division stay intact!

See, I liked them before stuff like:

started happening. It just looks bland compared to everything else, and doesn't separate it from other TF2 ones, ect.

They are cool to show your dedication though, just never ask for them.
