odd question about italy on source

I got a odd question everyone is it against the rules to kill the hostages on Italy on source cause I seen a lot of people doing it is it against our rules i ask cause i got no idea and i don't mean kill them in a cross fire with another player i mean kill them just to kill them ive seen ct players kill them just to get the points for it

The Ts are not allowed to kill the hostages (especially if they are in T spawn) unless there is a good reason for it(crossfire).
As for CTs the idea of the objective is to rescue them. If you have a CT reaching the T house and killing them intentionally I would consider it grieving and warned.
ex. There are 1-2 Ts and more CTs and 1 CT reaches the house and intentionally kills the hostages without attempting to save them that would give the advantage to the Ts. All the Ts have to do is hide and wait for a time win. I had to warn players before because of this.

Now if a CT wins the round and one decides to kill the hostages(after the round is won) just to gain points I don't see any problems here. But just so you know

For every hostage killed the CT team gets 2 points- 2x4= 8 points gained for each CT
But
If you kill a hostage you lose 15 points (just the player who kills them) 15x4= 60 points lost

So while the CTs gain 8 points each the CT that kills the hosties will lose 52 points(he still gets the 2 points for each kill)

*Made a mistake. It's 1 point for a hostage killed not 2. But you still loose 15 points if you kill a hostage.

yes thank you helpless and what i was referring to was ct griefing and i believe you warned them about it when it happened that's what i asked about it because i know that id get the answer and it was the Ts and cts bolth doing it but some of it was in a cross fire of ts trying to kill the cts which i understand (done it myself) a lot of thouws cant be avoided but to kill them just to kill them its not right i didn't know that the player that kills them got the 15 points lose per kill thouw i didn't know that its good to know on that part and thank you for answering my question
