Is there a uility to check L2 Cache on a processor.

I need to find a utility that can check if processor cache is dieing. I have been working on this problem a while now and have eliminated all the possibilities except the motherboard or the processors cache itself as causing the issue. I would go into more details on that but do not want to derail the point of this question
