The English dub of an anime (Great Teacher Onizuka). The main character had a hard time pronouncing another character's name and at one point he called him "toxic socks warrior". It made me smile so I decided to use it as my gaming name. :)
 
I chose mine because my favorite game series is Legend of Zelda, and the main character's name is Link. So i took Link and my name Jay to make linkjay. The one came to my name because i made a Linkjay account on YouTube and then i forgot the password, so i just made a new one.

been my nick name since i used to drive big rig was my handle except for the Ohio part was bulldog01307 at 1 time
 
In the good ol' CS I started as Riv@nol(Rivanol- antiseptic- would sting like crazy on a wound and I would sting hard hahaha). But when I got an Xbox 360 it gave me the player name HelplessGlint10somthing(i forgot the number) and was lazy to change the name. One day I was playing Naruto ultimate ninja storm 2 online and when I defeated a guy he said "curse" u ain't helpless. I started laughing and kept this name since.

Then I changed it to kamikazi noob because I was always wanting to run in to the battle and usually died first. Over time and making new friends I shortened my name to kami noob. After some more time I shortened to kami. A buddy then made fun of my name one time using it backwards as imak. So I stole that from me and thus my name is imak. I'm terrible when it comes to names for anything, so my original one for bf3 was ihatenames2013. Then my son briefly started playing the game using my account & I didn't like the negativity that surrounded the word "hate", for whatever reason, so I just changed it JamesArianna. His first name combined with my Daughter.

I used to be more obsessed with learning dead ancient languages and the cultures that came with them. I happened apon scottish gaelic and the rest is "history.":P
 
Way back when I used to use Langar cause it was the first three letters of my first and last name. Then I decided to put "rules" on the end but Langarrules and Langarrulz both looked weird so i dropped an "r." Now I'm used to everyone calling me Lang so don't get any ideas.
