It's fun, but kind of daunting at the moment. When you die you respawn with nothing, you can go pick up your corpse if you can find it and hack your old self up for some raw meat but whatever killed you is still usually right there haha. It also takes quite a bit of materials to build any kind of structure. On the multiplayer servers people are more likely to kill you for whatever you've gathered than team up with you.
