The Incredible Hulk In Theatres this Summer

Edward Norton as Bruce Banner. Fascinating! This movie was specifically engineered to be along the same lines as Batman Begins, rebooting a failed series attempt from before. (To be fair, I think Ang Lee tried to do some good stuff, but American Comic Book Cinema isn't the medium in which to do it.)

And holy crap! Tim Roth! He's awesome.
 
So, what...if you can't do the superhero right the first time, you scrap it and do it all over again and hope nobody notices? :?
 
It worked for Batman.

They just pretended it was the first movie and BAM, gold.
 
Yeah. This movie actually looks awesome. I'm glad they started over, gave Hulk a real villan, etc.

For those thos don't know, that villan is the Abomination. I looked him up on Wikipedia. Apparently he has higher initial strength than Hulk. But the Hulk gets stronger the more he gets mad, while the Abomination remains at his initial level.
 
This definitely looks better than the last one, though I would have rather seen Jennifer Connelly in this one instead of Liv Tyler. I've never really liked her, hopefully this movie will change my mind.

Well, they're actually not going to ignore the Ang Lee film, but are just going with a radically different style. Bruce Banner starts off in this film, as in the end of the previous one, in Central America, trying to find a cure for his condition.

Ang Lee was better as a director for films like Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and Brokeback Mountain. The Hulk just didn't suit his style. I'm glad to see the studio recognizes this.
 
Wow, this seems to be a new trend in the movies. If a sequel or original fails, do it over, with new actors. Funky.
 
the evil hulk looks coool!
and is this like a continuation of the first 1?
 
i cant watch this movie... its got the bad guy fro mthe italion job as the good guy in the Hulk... it doesnt feel right....
