I think you guys really need to remove paras on the 64p Dust2 server, as you have done with the AWP and autosniper. The M249 is a P90 with more ammo + an M4, which is crazy overpowered. If you wanna spray and pray, so be it and use a P90. If you want to actually aim use the M4/AK or AUG/Krieg. Why should people be allowed to do both without any of the skill? It really gets stale when you can't even peek a corner because a bunch of people are spraying paras. It would also balance the sides more because it's pretty CT sided on 64p servers with maps like dust2 anyways. Going mid to B almost never works because there are always a few people with M249s in CT just spraying the smoke or doors, which is unfair to the team of terrorists that was communicating and using their nades. If you try to rush long, a para at headshot box mows down the whole team. If you try to rush tunnels, your team gets mowed down by(usually a few) people at car with paras. The team that is better should be winning, not the team that W+M1s and sprays doors more.

Also what you guys could do is do a no para Friday/Saturday to try it out

Fight para with para. It's simple. Don't forget that spraying and praying goes both ways(CT & T). If you choose not to use a para then do what Dragon said- 1 tap them and if that doesn't work avoid the doors and other weak spots where spraying has the advantage and keep distance from them.

Ok, so let's assume that I know the exact location of their head and can prefire them, and that I can make the shot 100% of the time, as both of you have done. Even then I'll be dead before I get through the door because of the paras spraying it.

You have so many places where to go on dust(Tunnels, Short A, checking door mid from a distance and so on). When playing T you cant do much alone. It's all about strategy from delayed rushing to playing picks until deciding were to go, using smokes and flashes smartly, some T's should distract a side while the bomb goes the other. If you expect to win on your own on a CT sided map that wont work

They have a limit to how many paras can be in play at one time, they have also limited flash bangs. There was a vote on this and has been talked to death.

The m249 is OP in close combat, but they are also easy targets because they first have to get closer in order to kill than someone with an AK
