Ideas for building the CSGO divsion

Hi guys,
I'm new to eGO but not to large communities. Ive been searching for a large active CS community for some time now and it baffles me that there arent very many out there. With that said, i have some ideas that would allow us to be one of the more popular large CSGO communties.

I'd like to contribute with ideas or man power to help build the CS division and here are some ideas:

1.) Post on CSGOteamfinder.com, they have a section were we can post a large advertisement, in my past clan, they got about 10 applications per week from doing this.

2.) Make a few public eGO server that's popular, advertise our recruitment there. I can help here as I'm a server admin in my career and run a few csgo servers.

3.) Do a weekly Clan participation event such as scrimmage, surf, jail etc. Its a great way for new members to meet other members.

4.) Create a CSGO steam group ( i saw we have a CS:S one), keep it active and post events and stuff so people don't forget about those events.

5.) monthly tournaments? I'd volunteer some skins each month, winner of tourney gets some skins.

Anyway, those are my ideas and im sure other people have other ideas. Lets make these happen as I'd like to see eGO prosper in the csgo division.

First we have to make the jail server sustainable by itself then move on a new server(hoping for a comp style rotation popular maps server) and start filling that until we recruit more players. Had a discussion in TS a long time ago and would be a good idea to give skins or prizes once a week(make a weekly event- from most kills per week or most hours played and so on). The problem I see is that if we do now another server some players from jail might bail on it(before it becomes sustainable by itself) and then move on the new server and that might not go well with some(even myself as if you look at my hours played most of them are from seeding) but for a new server I could turn a blind eye for sure hahaha but others might not. Would love to see a new server(casual or comp style) now with the steam sale there will be more players coming and with the summer vacation we could do a lot of recruiting but I don't think it will happen soon. Hopefully I'm wrong.
