Case drops?

Ive been on the server for about two weeks now and Ive gotten two case drops while playing- yet neither have ended up in my inventory.

I even bought a breakout case key for one only to realize it never showed up. Now im stuck with the key.

Kinda bummed.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Any help would be cool- love playing here, but should I just ignore the cases?

Well I knew someone that didn't get it right away it took maybe a hour to show up, but If it hasn't shown up still then just ignore them.

It happened to me once. Got the case a couple of mins later

I have a lot of cases. If your breakout case hasn't showed up, I can give you one of mine so you can use your key.

I usually just restart the game / Steam and the items that dropped for me show up.
