The Hacking Situation

I bought GTA V back when it came out on PC and all I can remember about the multiplayer was hackers, hackers and more hackers.

I'd seen things from people riding whales through the city, people shooting moneybags and people spawning dozens of tanks in the countryside. As a result of that I decided to finish the single-player and wait until the hacking epidemic had been resolved.

I was wondering if any of you guys had been on GTA online recently and if it would be worth re-installing it or if the hacking problems had not been resolved as of yet.

That's the only safe way to play! We create an invite only session, and enjoy the game with friends.

They do, but part of being a hacker is getting past these systems. If Battlefield didn't have actual admins, the game would be hacker central because Fairfight and PBBans don't catch everything right off the back.

They like to run rampant when updates or events happen more-so then any other time.

Odds are if you run into a Public lobby with at-least 10-15 people, you're going to run into a hacker of some sort..that's been my experience with them at-least.

Best way to avoid them is just starting from Story Mode and starting up your own freemode lobby (In the Online section, click Play Online and it'll give you a few choices of what kind of freemode to create) or joining a friends non-public lobby.

Oh yeah....I don't know that hacking is really a problem, it's just childish griefers doing dumb crap. Absolutely worth trying out as USCGH said in an invite-only game.
