Tech Help building my own computer

hey guys im planning to build my own computer with a help of a friend but the thing is that i dont have enough money especially now that im starting college and im spending all my money on tuition,books etc.. Can you guys recommend me what to buy and where to buy. I dont want to spend ALOT of money cause i dont have and i want an ok computer not a great one just enough to run csgo. Thank you in advance :)
 
My budget is pretty low, i got 250 right now but im gonna borrow another 50 from a friend so around 300 and im mostly going to play csgo
 
Do you already have Operating system for your new build? that alone is going to to take almost half your budget
 
Ahh shoot! I totally forgot about that. I dont have so i guess ill be buying one too
 
What I'd suggest is trying to get a bit more money, you can get a nice PC that can run CSGO with 500-600 You could always buy in parts but again, thats up to you
 
It gets more shottie when you have so low of a budget, but, you could look for a used computer. You might get lucky, but you take a risk to lose all your money
 
Honestly, If I were you I would get used system and upgrade it with used parts if I needed too.
 
Well, I'm not the best at creating low budget systems, but these guys are. Also save your money, odds are once you go down this path, you'll want to upgrade somewhere down the line. These are excellent starter builds, you can save some money off of them by not buying the SSDs

This one is one of my own creation, but like I previously said, the first two were built by pros. (also, the mobo isn't designed for overclocking hence the H97 rather than Z97) The 270X is actually quite overkill for CSGO, it was my first GPU prior to my GTX 980. The Pentium K is an amazing processor for so little money. As for installing the OS, just burn it to a clean flash drive and do it that way or you can scratch a few extra dollars for a disc reader. Good luck, never be afraid to ask for help
