I just noticed that for the Jail Room team speak it says, "Make sure you stay up to date on the rules. Remember, the rule book is a guide line, please use common sense." Technically since it says that the rule book is a "guide line" you can't be kicked for any of the rules. Just for the record i'm not trying to be annoying i'm just giving a heads up in case anyone takes advantage of this.

Its a guide line for whats correct and whats not. It lists things that you should be doing and things you shouldn't be doing.
That doesnt mean you cant get kicked for it, it simply means that you should use your head when admining the situation and think about what happens instead of going directly to a book to solve all of your problems.

It's not really something that someone can take advantage of because those guide lines are guide lines of the rules. Some admins may w/k/b for these rules, some may not. It all depends on the situation, the admin, etc. By it being called a guide line, that basically means that admins may admin both strictly and leniently depending on the situation.
