Viz had only killed me once and it was a few minutes earlier, so I know I didn't read the logs wrong, it must have been some fluke with rounding off of damage.

Not sure if anyone answered this... this is a video glitch on your end. Another example is seeing people running at full speed but actually prone. A simple start/stop of a demo will fix this
