Tech Help Display Driver Issues

Does anybody know of any issues with the latest Nvidia drivers for their 900 series? Whenever I load World of Tanks, World of Warships, Civilization V, or a select few of my other games, my display driver simply decides to crash, occasionally my computer might crash.

My Rig:

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z97-G1 Gaming BK black edition
CPU: i7-4790k
RAM: 16GB of Corsair Vengeance
Storage: 1x 500GB 850 EVO SSD
1x 2TB Seagate Barrucuda
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 G1 Gaming Windforce Edition
PSU: Corsair RM 1000
OS: Win 8.1 Pro

Is it a blue screen crash, or a hard freeze?
Can you give specifics please?

Me being the Win8 hater that I am, I'd just blame it on Win8, if only to get you to switch back to 7 or up to the insider for win10. Hahaha.

But seriously, can you catch it on film, or detail specifics?
Also, are there any noted hardware failures in your system event log when it happens? (Administrative tools - start menu , event viewer , system logs) - You'll need to note the EXACT TIME - HH:MM:SS that you start the game, and that it crashes, and you'll be able to find if it's a driver or a system DLL causing the crashes.

I had a problem with mine, I found the problem thanks to googling.
My card is the 555, a step down but i'll google your problem as well,
I found they set the watchinge to low for the new drivers. Mine was at 800 and once I uped it to 1035, I found nothing wrong.
