Hello, My name is Karen, I am a former yet still eGO member from the days of BF3. I am playing BF4 and have been since the game came out. I wish to know if there is an eGO platoon for PC gamers on BL? I cannot figure out which one it is? I think, I tried to join the wrong one, and was denied by alex2142hp.. I was told by Ice to join one, in order to add my "e" tag, since I am still eGO just was inactive for a while. I would so appreciate any help. Thank you. Karen/Kazz65.:blushing:

Not sure if you got this resolved already, but if not: (Also, sorry for the wall of text )

From what I can tell BF leadership keeps a list of eGO Platoons near the bottom of the following sticky thread found in the BF Division Forum:

Battlefield Leadership/Server IP And Rules

Looks like you were trying to join the third one, C Platoon.

When applying, you'll want to put your forum name and rank, since I'm guessing non-members frequently apply for the platoon and it would cause confusion with how one becomes a actual eGO member and not just a platoon member ; That or message one of leadership directly via Forum PM, TeamSpeak, or Origin/Battlelog. That'll let leadership know who you are and that you are a member wanting to join one of the platoons.

Alternatively, and correct me if I'm wrong anyone, you don't necessarily need to join a platoon to add the rank.

Since joining one of the platoons usually forces your tag to the full eGO and not 'e' or 'eG', I made a guide which was stickied in the BF Division Forum on how to do it manually.

It is and was Ice. Thanks I am wondering if I just add "e" to my tag box since I was accepted onto the platoon but nothing appeared lol. ? I think that's all I do for now :blushing: waiting on word from alex2142hp to let me know first

I was on the platoon page on Battlelog and it told me to use emblem and tags so I did... but it gave me eGO tags.. which btw I loved....... but I know from being eGO in the past that isn't right... I had eG and almost an O when I left eGO on BF3... but I do not wish to break any rules or regulations... Please someone tell me how this works???

I'm thinking that if you left, and came back, you start over. Currently, it appears that you might be an e, so you would only be able to weare the [e] tag in BF3/4.

If you were eG or eGO rank when you left, and you left on good terms and weren't removed or demoted, your best bet would be to contact one of BF leadership, possibly one of the Division Leaders, DarkRaven or Major_Shrapnel.

As far as setting your tag in Battlelog, I mentioned this in my other post, but when you join one of the platoons, even if you set your tag beforehand, it'll force your tag to the full O rank (wish there was a option where it didn't but eh ), so you'll need to follow the instructions on the guide I mentioned.
