Backing up games...

Hey, I may be reformatting soon, and was wondering if anyone knows how to keep saved games, such as Call of Duty 4, and Bioshock (both downloaded from Steam). I know about the backup built into Steam, but that doesn't backup your profile/save games.

I'm more concerned about Bioshock.

you can go into your directory and find the save game files and burn them to disc. Or you can get one of those nifty online file lockers and put them in there.

I think I found the CoD4 save games, but the Bioshock ones are hiding...

bioshock saves are in your AppData/ Roaming files

Just backup the entire steam directory. You don't even have to re-install.

Eh, I'm pretty sure that doing that won't work because the registry values/keys wouldn't be there. Has it worked for you?
