Could someone look over this PC refit/build?

Would someone be kind enough to look over this PC refit/build? Is a 750W PSU recommended for a potential 2-way SLI for GTX 970 cards (superclocked)? From what I've read it's divided between 600W and 750W.

SLI'ing isn't confirmed, but may be done to give more graphical power to the PC for better-enabling of virtual reality (the Oculus Rift and HTC Re Vive). Hoping for good things from Nvidia's GameWorks VR, once it's fully-utilized (mainly its VR SLI component). I'm hoping to hold on with a single 970, given Pascal's prospective performance leap over Maxwell; since I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase a card higher than a GTX 970, might as well try to wait until Pascal in 2016.

that should be more than enough power, but I like having about 20% extra wattage just in case. Even though I only have a single 980, I have a 1000w supply since I intend to add a second card and plan to over clock them both, plus CPU overclocking

I have 2 EVGA 970 SSC cards in SLI on a Corsair AX760w PSU and it runs it without a problem. You should be fine

Also, why not save yourself almost $100 and buy Windows 8.1 from G2A? That's what I did for my new build.
