yay my poll came up and yeah i do its very good you get to know new members

NME did not exist when I joined.
We had a kind of buddy system and an =(e)= orientation meeting where I've been, but Thats it.
You could say the ''Buddy'' System is kinda like the NME.
If you wanted would get an member of that division appointed to you that would help you whenever needed.

Btw, I'm really proud on our boys at the NME and the NME program itself !
You are all doing a fantastic job !

I was one of the beta testers for the program. But I left for basic training about a week or two after the NME kicked off so I was unable to maintain my membership with the group.

When I joined, it was the buddy system. But it feels like this one is an upgrade. At least I get to meet new people.
