A question for all you Sig makers

Ok, I was just wondering what program/programs you use for the sigs... I know some will most likely have Photo Shop and Gimp.. but I can't justify paying money for something that I just want to play around with. (I'd torrent a copy.. but in alot of cases Key Gens have viruses) Also I've tried Gimp out and was not a big fan. However it was a long time ago that I used it, it might of improved... Just wondering if there are any other free photo editing programs out there

Uhhh... the free ones I can name are Paint.net GIMP Photoshop (Some are free I think) GIMP is probably the best free one you can go with without paying money.
