When it comes to this I'm lost, but i did find a good build. Any changes?

You're gonna need a disc drive to install you're operating system since you're building, those are only like $15-$25 usually. and if you wanna save some extra money I would just go for the highest i-5 to be honest, the i-7 won't improve you're game performance drastically over the i-5. But it's whatever you wanna do, either way its a great build, awesome choice with that 980ti too!

You really don't need to disc drive anymore. Have not had one in a build for awhile now. Even the new Windows 10 comes on a flash drive.

Get a Corsair Hydro to replace the stock cpu heatsink, it's a self-contained watercooling loop, it's amazing!

Nice build, kind of ridiculous price on that one gpu. Could get 2 for that price and sli/crossfire for better results right? Iunno tho, I haven't looked at the bench for that card yet

Well it kinda depends on what this build is for and at what resolution.

New Intel Skylake cpu's (6600k/6700k) just came out which you might want to check out. You will need to change your motherboard (1151 socket) tho and bump up your ram to DDR4.
I would recommend this if you are doing a brand new build.

If you are looking to save some money tho, I would look at getting an i5 over an i7, the difference between the two for gaming is miniscule in most games (Cities Skylines really loves its hyper threading).

Another way to save money would be your gpu. The 980ti is the best single gpu card out their right now and is priced according to that. (Titan X is faster but really who would buy that over a 980ti at that price point). You could bump your gpu down to a Fury non X, 980, 390x, 390, or even a 970 depending on your budget and how much you really want to save. (I know that the 295x2 is the fastest gpu but I'm just not a fan at all of sli/cf, I would take the single best gpu over a duel set up any time).
