Batting a heavy to death.
Headshots against a cloaked spy are really sweet, I don't think anything can top that.
However, my favorite fairly reproducible tactic is the rocket bump kill (for lack of a better term). Shoot the ground to cause an enemy to fly up a little bit and shoot a second rocket at the ground where they will be landing. They can't escape the second rocket (except maybe scouts) so most of the time it's an automatic kill.

The best kill I probably ever did was either when I was a pyro and I ran direcctly into a spy as a demoman that was cloaked and devastated him or when I was an engineer and a spy tried to sap my despencer and sentry but I healed them and killed the guy with a wrench blow to the head while he was stabbing me.
I like shooting my own team mates as a sniper. It's hilarious how many times you hit spys.
But My fav is setting up a nice little trap for ppl using stickies and then luring them into it. It's very gratifying when it works ;]

I love a good clean backstab with a nice getaway. Those are rarely pulled off well, but when seen, it's like a magical dance.... of death.

i usually always have those hehehe
i love it when im a spy, and i just stalk a nooby player, he stops-turns around- shoots at me- walks away. then i chase him and he does the same thing, hehehe. then i just keep doing it until i catch up to him, then BAM!!! i backstab him
