Feedback on monitor

What do you guys think? Is it a deal or should I wait to find a better price? I understand that its refurb, but all the monitors that ive been looking at on ebay are all used, so unless someone can post 1 thats new for around the same price, I may just go after this.

Refurbish are legit. Not a bad deal by any means, 1ms is nice. If you to go a fuzz bigger they have a 24in for 139.99 after a $20 dollar rebate, plus a promo code for 10% off. Worth consideration.
