Tech Help Need help updating to win 10 having problems

Hello so I'm in dire need of help here, something is seriously wrong with my update. In my "Get windows 10" window it says download-ongoing, when I click the show download progress button it will take me to windows update where I'm told I need to reboot my computer to apply the updates, which I've done multiple times already but it doesn't do anything it still tells me I need to reboot to apply the update. I've even tried keeping my computer on overnight to see if the download progress thing would change... Which it didn't.

Please help me out here, I really need it

IGN has a very good guide on how to get it without that 'get windows 10'. The too doesnt require you to make a USB or CD just use the upgrade now option . Take a look.

It seems to have fixed itself, cause now it's prompting me to continue to the actual instalation of windows 10
