Does anyone in eGO play TR? I've been looking at getting into it, but I want to check it out before putting my money where my mouth is. Was wondering if there are any current players whether I could get a trial invitation code from one of you.

I played it for a few weeks a while back. It was fun, but started to drag on and I quit. It gave me a few weeks of entertainment though and most MMOs flop after a day with me.

I tried the beta, but couldn't even keep with it for 2 weeks. If you've played one MMO, you've played them all. I say don't waste your money.

I spent about 3 years in DAoC, another 2 in WoW before I had to choose between WoW or my marriage =P I don't know what it is, but I just love MMO's... perhaps it's because my house is the lone technological oasis in a desert of farmers and rednecks!

They're designed to be time consuming and that's what I'm looking for. I've, on any given day, got 3-5 hours home alone and for the price there isn't much more entertaining that I can do. Lets say 20 hours a week, at 15 bucks a month, find me something else I can pay 18 cents an hour to do.

Anyway, obviously you married the wrong woman. My wife is glad to have video games to keep me occupied, otherwise the housework would never get done and she'd never get to watch her terrible HGTV shows.

Yeah, we seem to have that very discussion about every 6 months. 8 years and 2 kids later we're still driving each other nuts
