Took a background image and made edits and put text on it (which I also modified). What do you guys think of it?

My only suggestion is scaling it down so that it fits in the signature window so that people do not have to scroll so that they can see the rest of it. Otherwise it looks good

Just to help. In my opinion the best resolution for a signature is 405 x 123. That's what mine is set to. If you want me to do it for you then i can.

Thats really small. Its kind of difficult to see the Personnel Service Center text. I may do it when I get a chance, I've just been really busy recently.

If you're looking for opinions, the text is too dark to be on such a dark background. You're lacking contrast. First thing viewers are drawn to is definitely the helmet, which is the brightest thing. Not helping that that guy's face is all covered by the 'R,' but you will need to change the composition to get around this problem - there aren't a lot of details on the right 2/3 of the image. You could use that as the backdrop for the text and leave the poor player's face alone. You could also blur out that backdrop to give the impression of depth of field, which would help you emphasize the text.
