I have to agree with Kaptain Kangaroo again. As today I got to sit through several straight stalemates in which the action rarely moved away from the third point, I have to question why you would take your best community and change it? How does changing the dynamic of your best server/server community make the situation better? The line to get in is still very long but now we get sub-standard action as a reward for our patience.
And the melee stalemate deathmatch makes no logical sense. That's settling the stalemate using rules and tactics that don't actually exist in the actual game. I like the sports analogy Kaptain used but would go to the extreme of stating that it's more like deciding after nine innings of a tied baseball game to have the pitchers decide the game with a field goal kicking contest; it has nothing to do with the game anyone was just playing.
Two 24 man servers does not sound like such a hardship, but if the goal of the clan is to boost server populations at the expense of the gaming experience, then aren't our priorities a bit backwards?
