Steam has found a problem with your local game files.

Whenever I go to open TF2, it tells me Steam has a problem with my local files and won't let me start. When I look at it on my games list, it says it's "downloading 0%". I'm assuming this has to do with the update. What should be done about it?

EDIT: Found the problem. Having GCFscape open while trying to update doesn't work. Mods please lock.

Been about 2 hours and it hasn't started. Don't think that's the problem.
