Counter-Strike Global Offensive Jail Server Cannot see T names as a CT

Hello there, so I've had this problem for a while where I cannot see the terrorists names while on the CT side. I asked other people if they've had this problem before or if there's a setting I need to change but everyone says that it should just show up. It makes it difficult for me to tell T's to drop weapons, or to do certain things and is overall very inconvenient. If anyone has experienced this problem before or has any suggestions I'd be happy to hear them. Thank you

make sure hud_showtargetid is set to 1
if it is and it still does that, then ヽ(。_?)ノ

try hitting escape and then going back in-game. 10/10 will fix it 90% of the time
