Frequently when (for example) someone top draws a freaking kill-dealing card in Hearthstone, and fairly normally when in an online shooter or something when trying to work out the tactic the enemy's going to try using against me. It seems odd at first, but it lets me hear it out loud and I can pick apart my own judgements if I find something flawed in them.

I just think out loud, but when I do, I make sure the people I'm playing with hear what I have to say.

Oh yeah, talking to myself while I play games keeps me on task and usually makes me better because I take, OLN's (Out Loud Notes).

I talk to myself all the time, regardless of what I am doing. Even answer myself sometimes.

It really depends. If i die, then i will most likely rage. Or if i'm doing something cool or exciting then i might commentate.
