Tech Help Cooling issues and coil whine!!

Hey guys, lately I have been getting the dreaded coil whine from my desktop. Also my GPU has been getting rather hot lately, though my CPU has been kept quite cool by my H100i.

My card is a GTX 980 G1 Gaming Windforce edition from Gigabyte. At the moment I have a pair of fans sucking air in the front of my case with two blowing hot air out the top. I recently reinstalled my rear exhaust fan. All my fans are currently corsair high performance models. I have considered switching to Noctua fans but I've been hesitant since those are a bit of an investment. My other option is to switch to a closed loop water cooler for my 980. Also an investment. Any suggestions on what to do.

PS: Yes I cleaned all my fans and filters
 
Give Gigabyte a call and have them send you a replacement. The GTX 970s are notorious for coil whine; the 980s to a lesser extent. Search the tech forums; we've had several long discussions about the coil whine in the 970s/980s.
 
Try leaving the side panel off and see if there is a temp change, your case could be too confining for the heat being built up.
 
I have noticed that and took two of my fans off my H100i and put them on the side panel to suck out hot air as the GTX 980 G1 Gaming blows its air out the side of card =/

Also, since I've upgraded to Win 10, I have had three issues.
First of all, every time I log onto my PC, I am spammed with ERROR: Driver can't release to failure, what is up with that?
Second, I have been having latency issues when I play World of Tanks, possibly system, possible ISP error there
Third, I've been noticing this Form1 when I Alt+Tab, what is up with that?

Since you're using Gigabyte, do you happen to have a program called App Center? The "Driver can't release to failure" error is related to that. There's no fix for it at this time. I think Gigabyte has to figure one out themselves, or with MS.

Nothing I can do for Issue 2 except try testing your connection on different computers.

For the third, possibly malware of some sort. Run SpySweeper or some similar program. Look at your processes and see if you happen to have a rogue svchost.exe program. Usually the program would run under your name/administrator name/computer name or MS. If it's something different, definitely adware or malware on your computer that you need to fix it.
 
UPDATE:
I fixed the error by downloading the most up to date drivers from Gigabyte.
Coil Whine is gone :)
Still trying to find what is causing the Form1...
Still have latency issues :( will be contacting my ISP

Update2:

Error is back though it didn't pop back up after I closed it twice
Found what was causing the Form1 in the Remote Access in my mobo files, lil bugger is now gone.
