Yes this Thursday a new sheriff is in town, and he seems to have brought what can only be described as a shielded bulldozer with him to make our lives a (and I quote) "living hell". The New enemy & FBI files update is nearly upon us, you'd best get ready and make sure that gun is fully loaded before it's too late.

Okay, I was going to just let this be another 1 post thread with a notice that the FBI files were being released, but this is just too awesome. Said FBI files are basically presented in a window set up as "FedNet" (like a computer desktop complete with icons you can double click). In one of the icons you can log into Steam and it'll basically give you your rap sheet (no clue if they're randomly generated or what, but one of mine is "Littering"). It's got the total amount of times you've played as each heister, the amount of times you've used each mask, amount of times in percentage of each armor and equipment used, heist difficulty percentages, success/failure percentages, top 5 heists by times done and times completed successfully, and a freaking metric ton more. The sheer amount of data is insane.

And yet that's not all that's there. There's little paragraph-long blurbs about each heist location, descriptions about each type of cop, Most Wanted wanted sheets for each heister (how a mustache is a "distinguishing feature" on Dallas only is beyond me... and Bonnie's scars and tattoo don't count?), stats on each weapon in the game, and even Garrett's mailbox contents.

Have to say the Overkill guys really went beyond the requirements for what could have been and gave us one hell of an extra from the Crimefest event last year. Was it worth the wait to this point? That depends on you, but it feels a wee bit late IMO.
