What is Armour warfare you ask? Think of world of tanks, but better graphics, bigger maps and modern day Armour. Oh did i mention base building and Player versus Environment?

Currently a hard wipe is coming for AW before OBT.

Now the Hp are like wot, however some tanks get added Armour like Relic and ERA which helps a lot. Overall the game play is similar, but its more balanced.

A lot of features also make AW different like PvE, Base building and commander/crew leveling. Plus paint and camo is coming. The game is awesome to play.

How does the Relic and ERA armor work? Is it just another HP bar that you have to get down first before you start downing the main (real) HP bar?

Nope its 1 time plates, however each is individual so at most 4 can be blown off with 1 shell, depending what plate type it has. The plates will save you from the damage of a shell, unless the enemy tanks shell has higher pen and can rip through it. However not many tanks have that ability.

So think of it as additional Armour, but with no HP bar, and once hit you will take no damage, unless the plating is already blown off or the tank has higher pen.

Oh interesting. Still not a fan of a HP bar but I really like the idea of plates.

On my youtube channel(which i hardly use due to filming of low quality) I use the Ramka 99 which is a twin 30mm Ac and quad missiles. It uses relic plating.

The most viewed video i have shows this [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8GNhySSYy8[/ame] . Most of the time the plates only save you from Heat rounds, unless you have omni type plating like relic.

Sure Healthbars suck, however no tank can be 1 shotted. The Devs has stated this, and so far they have kept their word. On top of that you get warnings if arty fired at you and if someone fired missiles at you. Its a strong step above world of tanks.

And yes this game is a blatent WoT clone, but better, gameplay is far more interesting with more factors and faster pacing, more content and pretty much any military vehicle armed with either a missile or 20mm+ gun from 1946 onwards will make it into the game, regardless of nationality.
