I've been looking through the ban sections and i see alot of =(e)='s trying to justify what they have done wrong. Is =(e)= more of a selection process than an actual membership. So the higher players can monitor you behavior and maturity? Just trying to clear things up as a new player.

from what i understand (as a new member myself), =(e)= is just a new recruit, not like a pawn waiting to join the true clan. as an e, you are part of the clan. at this point, you dont have admin responsibility yet, but would you give admin "powers" to someone you dont really know yet? there are some e's that screw up with language or attitude- even though they should know better, but usually it's a temporary ban until they cool off. i read the bans to see what to look out for. if they are disputing bans, it isnt because they are an "e" and not an "eg", its because they probably deserved it.

like i said, thats my understanding, please correct me if im wrong.

An =(e)= is a fully fledged member of EGO. However being a member means you are held to a higher regard than the public players.

By joining, you've agreed to abide by the rules set out by EGO. You also act as an ambassador for EGO when you play. The public see your tag and look to you for how to behave. If any member of EGO (from e to eGO and above) is not playing by the rules when in game, that paints a bad picture of the organization.

For those reasons an =(e)= (or any other member) will be held far more accountable for their actions than a public player.

=(e)=
Is a recruit learning the ways of the ego and starting to implement them. Held to higher standards than regular pubs on our servers. Although admin is not given at this point, we watch and advise closely to see who is capable of being an admin.

=(eG)=
Is a person who knows what has to be done in a lot of situations, but still needs some guidance. All =(eG)= members have the ability to do all admining possible EXCEPT ban and track sprays. These members have read and signed off on our rules and admin regulations and are full members of the clan.

=(eGO)=
Is a master of mature gaming. These members know how to respond to almost all situations and how to contact people if They dont. They should be able to handle 99% of situations and help teach others the way to act and admin. These members are held to the higest regard. They Have been around all types of different situations MOST of them have admin experience on other servers.

They usually happen on the weekends, although it varies depending on who's available.

Now because i was accepted for TF2 do iwear my tags in DOD or CSS?

You can, but you need to add [TF] to your name in those games to let them know you're from a different division. You can alternately go to the DOD/CS:S sites and request a transfer. Don't worry, it won't take you out of the TF division, but it'll let you wear your normal tag in that particular division.
