Everyone knows since the beginning of PC gaming, gamers have searched to modify their games. Examples such as San Andreas have always have a scene of impressive mods. This same scene has already started to take place on GTA V in only a few months. Just keep in mind, it’s all fun to mod offline, but don’t go ruining it for everyone online. Not only does it ruin people's enjoyment but it can lead to punishment of your own account. And here starts my list of my favourite GTA 5 mods.
1. Star Destroyer:
This is by far a very interesting mod for all you Star Wars lovers out there. The remodelling of the blimp allows you to fly round for hours in the Star Destroyer. It isn’t as big as the original star wars depicted monstrosity but it is definitely a sight to see around San Andreas.

2. Simple Passenger Script
Are you too lazy to drive yourself around in boredom? This is perfect for you. You can get a drive around the city to wherever you want with a stranger for countless hours. Simply climb aboard into any vehicle as a passenger. Simply set a waypoint for the strangely cooperative stranger to follow. Want to do a drive by? You can do that, although, don’t expect the drivers to be very happy about it.

3. The Red House
If you’re a massively enthusiastic GTA V story mode player then this mod is most definitely for you. Adding at least 20 more missions to the game and a fully created three stage heist with an all inclusive AI bodyguard team to back you up whilst you do it.

4. Custom Number Plate
This mod is a very self explanatory mod. You can change your number plate to whatever you want wherever you are. You’ve already got your million dollar cars with your expensive upgrades and your chrome wrap, but it’s not the same without your own custom number plate. Whether you want something serious or you want to add some “l33t”ness to your car. This mod is for you.

5. Fire Breather
This mod is a very interesting but very exciting mod. Allowing you to breath fire whenever you want wherever you are. Not only as Franklin, Lester or Michael but even if you have used a trainer to transform into a cute little doggy you can breathe fire. But be careful, you may be able to breath it but it doesn’t make you invulnerable, watch out when walking forward breathing fire or walking over the charred corpses of your victims as you may be set a lite in a fiery blaze.

6. Army at 5 stars
If anyone is like me, you get bored here and there and you go around killing people getting 5 stars. If you’re a pro you may even think it’s too easy. Well not with this, adding army at 5 star levels means instead of the SWAT and FIB coming at you, you get the extensive army force on you. So whilst dealing with the pesky cops, you’ve got tanks and jets coming to get you. However it’s not all bad as it increases your chance of getting your hands on one of those very nice tanks to blow some cops up with.

7. GTA RPG
This is a rather interesting mod, as it turns GTA V’s criminal sandbox game into a more traditional Sandbox RPG as if it was made from the likes of Ubisoft or Bethesda. Adding level ups and perks, character customisation and dialogue trees, this game brings a lot more interesting aspect to the already awesome GTA V story mode.
8. Water Mod
This is another very interesting mod adding in a few different aspects into your GTA V experience. Adding in the options to control the water levels in San Andreas, this mod lets you drain the ocean and drive along the sea bed to see rockstars hidden secrets, or if you’re a fan of the lost city of atlantis, make your very own lost city of San Andreas. Or ever wondered what it would be like to see a tsunami coming straight at you? You can make all those dreams come true with this mod.

9. Police Mod
This is by far one of my most favourite mods within GTA V. What I loved in the past GTA’s was the aspect of the police side missions as a vigilante when you got in a police car. But this brings it to a whole new level. This allows you to reskin yourself as a police officer, spawn a cop car and a partner. You can listen in on the police radio and respond to shootouts and high speed chases. If you’ve ever wanted to play GTA V and explore San Andreas from the other side. This is perfect.

10. Singleplayer Snow
For any of you out there who love the snow like me, you will understand my side where I want snow in GTA V. This mod adds the nice Christmassy feel to the game. It’s called Singleplayer Snow for a reason as there is a multiplayer version, but due to the vagueness of Rockstars policy with mods I would strongly advise you stay away from this.

11. Virtual Reality
This isn’t really adding anything to GTA V but for anyone out there who may own one of the awesome Oculus Rift VR systems then this is a must try. For this you will need to the VorpX third party program and you may need the FoV fix to get it tip top working properly. Otherwise you may be left feeling a bit nauseous.

12. Open All interiors
When you are playing story mode, you get into a lot of buildings which later on are cut off from the game, such as the lifeinvader building. But what if your business with lifeinvader wasn’t done? What if you wanted to go and pour a jerry can of petrol in their and burn the place down? Well now you can, this game allows you to pop into any of the open buildings during the story mode and even opens up some which modders later found in the game files that were left out. So if you want to have a nice time exploring some of the different buildings in San Andreas then this is for you.

13. Mobile Radio
This is probably a personal favourite, I love listening to the music GTA V has to offer wherever I am, whatever I am doing. When I was on foot I felt like I was missing something until I found this mod. This mod allows you to listen to all the radio stations that San Andreas has to offer. This allows you to listen to all the radio stations through your phone whilst on foot! So next time you’re stranded in the mountains and have no way down, put on some tunes and walk down that mountain.

14. Back To The Future Delorean
1 way to describe this omg.. I love back to the future. I always have and always will. This mod adds a highly detailed Delorean to the game, just like out of the original movie. But not only does it add the car, we’ve all wanted to time travel once in our lives and this lets us do it. You can punch in a date, reach that 88 miles per hour and go for it.

15. Gravity gun script
This is a very enjoyable mod for anybody who is bored and loves mass destruction, or just general fun. This turns the GTA V taser into a fully functional half life gravity gun. You can pick up cars, pedestrians, move them around or just shoot them off into the beautiful San Andreas sunset.
