How do I see new Forum Posts?

I've been wanting to see get on the forums, but I find it hard to keep up with all forums and see the replies. Does anyone know how to see recently posted forums and replies?

New forum posts are usually in bold letters and if there is a reply to a thread you've been following then then you'll get a notification via email.
