Hi!
I want to point out another subject of optimization besides "disable origin in game" or how to OC your CPU or how to unpark cores. The subject is: Windows and Advanced Power Management (APM).
I am still running win7 x64 so I can not comment on Win10.
The problem:
You load your CPU and individual cores will throttle down during 100% load. You already set your windows power options to maximum speed, you have also disabled possibly throtteling bios options and still get that unwanted behaviour.
See if you are affected:
Download & Install 2 tools:
1) Core Temp 1.0 RC6 http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
2) CPU-Z http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
Now run both programs and start the CPU-Z benchmark. If you see one or more cores throtteling during the 2nd Benchmark you may want to fix that with the next utility:
"AmdMsrTweaker" make sure you download version 1.1 of it. I got it from here:

That utility has a lot of options but we only want to disable the APM functionality on our AMD CPU. When you unzip the archieve you get:
Win32
x64
readme.txt
In my case (win7 x64) I copied the contens (not the folder) of the folder "x64" into my C: root directory and created 2 batchfiles (that are textfiles with the ending ".bat").
One Batchfile in the c: root directory "APMOFF.bat" just containing this line:
C:\AmdMsrTweaker.exe apm=0
And another Batchfile in the c: root directory "APMON.bat" just containing this line:
C:\AmdMsrTweaker.exe apm=1
If you right click those Batchfiles you can create Desktop shortcuts, and even copy over the APMOFF link to the Autostart folder to have it launched automatically on start.

EDIT,EDIT: Note: I am using ASUS M5A78L-M (AMD 780G Chipset) maybe it's a chipset thing going on in my rig or I simply didn't find the right BIOS option (flashed to the latest). I have feedback from another guy ("thewolfN" battlelog forum) who is not affected by that problem on a "ecs990fxm-a" (better chipset.. and board...).
