with my rig and new card will i be able to play both? help is needed

Star Wars, most likely. I have a 740 2GB and a 3.5 GHz processor and I could run the beta really well. Not too sure about Fallout.

Need to get you a SSD 5.9 looks like you're running a old standard 7200HDD

Like night and day have multiple different OS installs my win7 is on SSD all others are standard older drives installed on feels like waiting forever lol.

SSD is least of his priorities. He needs a better GPU. The one he ordered is not even GTX variant

Nothing wrong with that cpu, might need to upgrade the ram, 8GB does not go as far as it used to especially if you run programs in the back ground while running a game.

Definitely agree on the SSD, even if it just a "small" one like 120GB.

Gpu is definitely a concern, that thing is not meant for what you are wanting to do.

yea get a new gpu then an ssd later or get both if you can afford it!
