i dled gamerail but it wont work. it says it cant fix my latency. what do i do?

Move closer to the server? There are only so many things you can do before the sheer physical restrictions choke your connection.

check your router man that is what i did make sure it isint blocking it

uhm...that's what it said for me when I first used it. I just clicked retry until it found a connection so...just try that for like 2-3 minutes and if that doesn't work the i'm sorry buddy!
