What is the actual rule on cursing, as well as the rule on bullying? I seem to have been repremaanded for simply saying that I was going to start warning more. I didn't even actually give out any warnings. This is a very grey area for me. And I feel like I may get in trouble if I enforce your rules.

Pubs are allowed to use profanity, members are not. This is in BF only. Excessive use of profanity or use of profanity to insult other players is considered player disrespect, or server disruption.
If you feel a player is harassing another player, you give them a warning. Then a kick and then a tban if they persist and submit a ban request. This is in line with our W/K/B policy. Do not constantly warn players for the same infractions and never threaten a kick or ban.
