Have you ever had that single kill or that one multi-kill you wish everyone could have seen? Well now they can. Our newest series will allow you to submit your best kills to date and we pick out our favorites. If yours is selected then you will have your frag shared to our YouTube channel showing it to the gaming world.

How Do I Submit A Frag?
Files can be easily uploaded through Dropbox Requests. Simply upload your file HERE and we will review it as soon as we can.

Frags should be submitted in any video format. If you are unable to convert a Source game?s demo yourself, you may upload that instead.

Be Sure To Subscribe!
Of course make sure you are subscribed to our EdgeGamers YouTube channel to get notifications on our latest video uploads.

Now if I could only do video...................................

As much as I like this idea, and unless you stream every gameplay.. that means you'd have to be recording every minute of every day that you play battlefield.

Anyone have enough hard drive space for that? I mean, before video editing? lol

Yes.

Lagarith Lossless Codec - best Codec to use for recording to save hard drive space. But I agree, I don't record every gameplay although Shadowplay would be the best option to record up to your last 30 minutes.

If you're looking for a free recording software that is easy to use, OBS (Open Broadcast Software). Great for recording AND streaming. :)

But this idea could go either way, good or bad...see how it goes :)

Unless you run shadowplay in the backround. Records the last set amount of the ur screen:P

I've used OBS. Not a fan.

I prefer XSplit premium.. gives more options and the audio codec has a lot better quality. (also easier to set up frames as well)

5tb external ftw

Share with the rest of the class? haha

2x 4TB, 1x 3TB in a NAS
2x 3TB in external
1x 750 GB, 2x 2TB, 1x 3TB, 1x 1TB SSD in gaming rig
1x 128 GB in rPi2
1x 64 GB in rPi B+
1x 120 GB SSD in zbox.
1x 64 GB / 1x 256 GB mSATA in Hummingboard.
1x 750 GB, 1x 120 GB SSD in media box

(and I'm still irked that I lost a 32 GB flash drive)

Spare 320 GB, 2x 160 GB just in case I run out. But, yeah, ask me about why I have so many hard drives sometime. The story is actually amazing.

And, yeah, OBS is pretty good. I like xSplit, but my extended copy ran out, and I don't feel like paying the 14/mo for it. I get by just fine with OBS, even if it's a bit wonky. I can safely crank this to 720p60fps, maybe even 1080p on my aging system.

Anyhow, I'll have some clips maybe next week when I have time to go through them.

Not if you nvdia card that supports shadowplay.

I got fraps now it will run with game without crashing but super lag recording on FULL, still get 100% crash rate on game in minutes with TS open seems STILL was having same issue but mines been ongoing and just sick of trying to fix those that know about knows I been trying like over a month about since my new PSU arrived.

But there was a layer issue in TX for about 36hs I tracked down it dissipated early last night my ping and other Southern end guys ping levels returned to normal, lowest pings I seen were 3 in mid 40's mine is usually 35 and was 62 up to 100+ms. I did a tracert and the fail point was in TX nothing abnormal for GS in that location I always used TX over all the years I had server and GS too.

Get all the server icons in red in Shanghai | Pop. CQ, Red packet loss in Lockers but seems there has been a issue with packet loss since the layer issue many people have complained last night was first time I have seen rubber banding ever lol.

It sucks too first year to ever have good internet and can't record without lagging to bad to play lol and can upload nearly near 40gbs of video in a hour :((((((((( My whole gaming life since 2003 my upload was capped @ 77kbps lol

Does it have to be bf4 clips? Or can it be bf3 also? Since at the moment I can't run bf4 and record.

Your problem is you are using fraps. Use either Dxtory or Shadowplay. Dxtory you are able record @ 30 FPS and play at 60FPS or whatever frame rate you are able to get. Fraps records at whatever your frame rate is at. No wonder your files are huge. Also you need to get video editing software so you can get rid of parts that you dont need.

I use fraps, always wondered why it was a huge file. Well ill be using Shadowplay from now on. Thanks Wizekraker!

Yeah Shadow play is the best option if you can use it. You don't need constantly be recording and you can adjust how it records ie record last 4 min or last 30 mins.

I gotcha, ya I won't be able to use it till I get my 970gtx next month. So im using Dxtory which has a nice feature to save videos to certain folders.
