I have used it been using it a while and can tell you it is junk, half of the stuff mostly [TEMPS] are way from being accurate.
Was showing my NB/SB or MCP/SPP to be running at 64C idle up to 80C in game, processor temps were close but not right either about 2-5C higher, nothing it showed actually came close to what my bio's monitor on temps said either.
If you try AIDA64 or HWiNFO you will see correct temps and everything.
AIDA is a paid for utility but you can use the trial, some stuff shows only with paid version.

HWiNFO64 is dead on with all the features of AIDA64 and it is free, non-related to cpuid organization which design HWMonitor and CPUid.

I think HWmonitor held me back on my Overclock because of it reporting the wrong temps about 10+C higher than chipset was running.
Bio's reported 51C so do both these programs so I have swapped over HWiNFO.
Yesterday I achieved a sweet OC stable with 1777FSB linked mode right at 3.8ghz with memory @ 1066.4 no issues, also run [unlinked] 3.6cpu 1066.7 memory no problem all stock voltages except Vcore I pushed up to 1.25 because these old 780i ftws mb's have a large Vdroop I can run 3.6 actually on 1.20 Vcore no issues. TJMax temp is 100C burn for this cpu.
The Q9550 EO step is super cool lowest voltage cpu I have ever messed with even at the 3.8oc highest core temp is 54C air cooled. Playing the game was super smooth dead on shots for my old rig which must be OC'd to even play BF4 pretty much.
Just thought I would share these 2 programs because they are most accurate, I know lots of people that run HWMonitor and it is totally unreliable for temps.

1 other thing don't use the install version download the .zip portable that way you want have junk files of any program in registery etc. the portable is just that drag to desktop open and good to go, need to remove just delete icon and log.
