In the event that step 4 doesn't list the map, restart Origin, then try it again. I've found that their automatic update options require a restart. The DLC (a.k.a. Dragon Valley Map) is 2.52 GB.

Hence the reason I listed Step 1 the way I did.

Just started D/ling it this morning, so far i had a 690mb download, 1.12Gb, and now a 2.52gb download.. lol Just for that "update" -_-

I don't understand why it such a travesty to download these map packs. Figure it out Origin.

The origin client is the worst out there. Wouldn't surprise me at all if the Origin client has been responsible for all of BF4s woes since launch. For those few months using Outcome to bypass having Origin fully running I definitely noticed an improvement. I think EA sent a cease and desist to the maker of it.
