This is for all my fellow working peeps out there. I <3 office rage videos. Vicarious living!
I've never actually done this, but I have been known to slam my phone on my desk repeatedly while on the phone with someone. Rage much? They totally deserved it and it didn't change the situation but it really made me feel better. I've since purchased a missile launcher for my desk and that helps alot!

I used to work with a guy at Gateway who we called "Dances with Furniture" due to his tendency to kick anything nearby when he got frustrated on a support call. The funny thing is that he was perfectly calm-sounding to the customer on the phone, but once he got upset, he would put them on hold ("excuse me, I have to go look something up in a database") and kick the crap out of his chair, his filing cabinets, anything.

For his birthday, one of my team-mates gave him a sand-filled punching bag that looked like a clown (picture here) half as a joke and half as a way to save the furniture. By the end of the shift, it was popped and there was sand all over the carpet.
