Stop worrying about rank, you said it yourself MM its not what it used to be, you can gain your rank back, I went from DMG to MG1 in less than 3 days, after almost stepping into Nova Master I just played for fun and just to improve more than caring about me deranking and Im back to MG2, near MGE.

Ahh, I've heard this story so much lately.
My personal experience
* start out MG2 but stop playing MM for 3 months
* get ran back prior to update that change ranking system, but demoted to MG1
* over the past 3 weeks. I've dropped to Nova 2 . Nova 3 -> Nova 2 was after a 4 game win streak and losing 1 game.

Honestly, I don't care so much about rank. I got to MG2 and that was surprising for me. I MM to have fun, but not have my time wasted. I think I run into more derankers now than I used to before. Hello, you don't even have to try to throw to derank anymore.

Like sweg said, the issue is in your skins. You need better skins. The quickest way to global is dropping some cash on a field tested dragonlore. If you want like LE+ you need atleast a karambit fade or marble fade at the bare minimum.

can confirm, only teams I've lost to have had stattrak FN dragonlores, howls, and ruby dopplers.
